Prices and delivery times

Our prices are set in Euro and include VAT. Online shop prices apply. For shipping to states that do not belong to the European Union additional custom and tax pays are possible. Orders are usually processed within five working days if the items are in stock. The delivery dates are generally accurate, but we cannot guarantee delivery on the given date. Should the buyer not receive the goods on the stated date, no claims can be made. We retain the right to deliver merchandise in separate packages.

Payment

We accept following types of payments: pre payments per money transfer to our account or COD (cash-on-delivery). In the case of COD the buyer will be billed for the additional delivery costs. For payments received from outside of Germany the buyer is responsible for covering all banking costs. For customers who purchase via invoice and financing:

All kinds of seminars, courses, drive yourself offers or taxi rides the GForce Racing Academy offers are to be paid prior tot he event. You can cancel any event 7 days prior tot he event with no fee, cancellations later than 7 days tot he event will be fined with 100% cancellation fee.

Product variations

Our products are depicted as pictures on our website, as is the nature of all online shops. The goods that are actually delivered to our buyers may vary slightly from their picture. We retain the right to exercise alterations and slight colour changes that will aid in the development and improvement of our products. The seller has a right to deliver these slightly altered products to the buyer. Should the merchandise ordered be unavailable, the seller retains the right to not deliver the merchandise.

Cancellation Policy
Right of Rescission

You may withdraw your contractual acceptance in writing (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) within two weeks without stating grounds, or - if the item is placed at your disposal prior to the expiry of this period - by returning the item.
The grace period for revocation begins earliest upon receipt of the goods and this notification by the recipient and not before we have met our information duties and other duties as defined by Civil Code Article 246 § 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 sec. 1, 2 Civil Code (EGBGB) and not before fulfilment of our duties according to § 312e sec. 1/1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In order to ensure that the withdrawal takes place within the respite it is sufficient to send it in time. The revocation must be sent to:

In the event of effective revocation, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits that may have been accrued shall be released. Should the customer not be able to return the goods or only return them partially or in a deteriorated condition then the customer will be obligated to value replacement. In the case of goods surrendered this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is brought about solely by a tryout thereof - such as would have been possible for you e.g. in a retail shop. For the rest, you may avoid any duty to provide compensation for any deterioration of the goods caused by the intended use, by not using the goods as your own property and refraining from all actions that may affect its value. Goods capable of being sent by parcel post should be returned to us at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning if the goods ordered are in conformity with those ordered, and if the price of the items returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros or if in the case of a higher price of the goods you have not yet performed the service in return or any partial payment as agreed upon by contract at the point in time of revocation. Otherwise we will carry the costs for sending back goods. Items not able to be sent in a package shall be picked up. Requests for re-compensation for payments must be met within 30 days. The period begins with the transmission of your statement or recovation of things for us with their reception.

End of cancellation policy

Please prepay the package sufficiently in order to avoid extra postage. We will refund your postage costs without delay. In case you send back damaged or worn out goods, the legally permissible amount is subtacted; you can avoid this, by examining the commodity like possible in an ordinary shop, and send them back without customs traces and in the original packaging. Any items that are have undergone individualisation are not covered by the right of rescission. (such as drivers helmet or drivers suits etc) This is why a cancellation, return or exchange of special items is not possible when send and accepted already.

Orders from abroad/ EU and not EU

Please note that you are responsible for the import in your country. Please check before ordering if the item is permitted by law.

Under certain circumstances, orders from abroad might be subject to customs duties and/or customs transaction charges over and above the normal delivery charge. Please note, that our shipping prices out of EU are net, without the German VAT. With an import the VAT of your home country must be paid by duty.

Voucher/ Voucher System

In the GForce Racing Academy shop you may convert vouchers. Please enter the code in the designated field and the shop will automatically reduce the value of your voucher.

Please note that we must set a price standard as a minimum merchandise order value of Euro 50.00 for vouchers from special print media. Furthermore, vouchers cannot be taken into account when the items are already reduced in price.

Security
The use of Cookies

We use so called "cookies" to gather information about the content of your shopping basket. This information is saved and recalled upon your next visit to our site. A cookie is a mini text document that attaches itself to your computer. If you log onto our site or place an order, we require your customer data. If you are a previous customer, you can simply log in using your personal password and email address. The remainder of your data has already been saved on the cookie and does not require re-entry. Using your browser you can manage the cookies and even block them if you wish to do so.

Assignment of Titles/Rights

The assignment of titles/rights and/or the transferral of the duties of the buyer is prohibited without the express written agreement of the seller. Conclusion of the Contract of Sale Once you have clicked the "order" button on our website, you have entered into a binding contract. Your order will be confirmed shortly afterwards. The contract of sale is concluded once the merchandise has been delivered to you.

Guarantee

Our customers have the right to a product guarantee according to the German law. In the case of damaged or inferior goods, Swords & more retains the right to resend or repair the order. Should repair prove to be impossible or the re-delivery also be faulty, our customers have the right to return the goods and either have their costs fully covered or negotiate a discount. For further details regarding guarantees please refer to the product descriptions. We do not provide a guarantee for goods damaged/altered by the buyer or a third party. This is especially relevant for decorative products that are not intended for usage.

Retention of Title

The delivered merchandise remains the property of GForce Racing Academy GmbH until all incurred costs, including additional expenses, have been paid by the buyer.

Viewing the conditions of the contract

You can view the conditions of the contract at any time on this site. Along with the confirmation of your order that is sent via email you will receive a link that enables you to view the current status of your order.

Place of jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction for private persons the laws of their place of residence apply. For foreigners and merchants the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg unless existing laws state the contrary.

The final clause

Possible changes in the law that render parts of the above clauses invalid only affect the specific clause but do not alter the existing contract or the remainder of the clauses.
